How did you know you were attuned?

I'm getting an online attunement done and I was just curious as to others experiences both online and in person.

What changed about you, if anything? Could you tell that you'd just been attuned? Did anything feel different or did you have to try to sense to realize anything had happened?

I can only equate it to the "hot flashes" my mother told me about when she went through menopause. I felt like I had just stood in front of an open oven door. I was also very giddy . . . and I'm never that way.

I was also instructed to give Reiki to someone else (my attuner in this case) immediately after the attunment to make sure it "took." It just made me even warmer. Not so much I got sick, just enough that I could feel the enegry working. Very weird at first, but it went away over the next few days as my body got used to the increased amounts of energy.

For me, it was several things... some of them at first, some in the next few days after my first attunement. The immediate feeling at the end of the sitting for attunement was this emphatically increased sense of inner poise or balance and personal integration. I know this may not sound like something very clear, but it was to me. It was as though the result of the experience was a big !

In the next days, I felt unusually optimistic - spontaneously. I continued to feel happy. And both people and animals were all responding to me in more friendly ways. And I'd get these occasional rushes of warm energy in my arms and upper body.

Mine was a rush of energy all over my body, animals responded better to me, and humans liked being around me and touching me more, which, I'm really not a touchy-feely person...so that's kinda weird. But overall, a very good experience. :)

Well I just received mine over distances - apparently all the way up to level three all at once. I didn't realize I was going to get that much - wow! I'm not sure how much I like that surprise.

My fingers feel very tingly and my thighs are tingly and warm too.
Now I need to go figure out how to use this stuff...maybe an online attunement was not the best thing. Maybe I'm not even attuned but it sure feels...interesting. I wonder if I'm getting a placebo effect? Hmm.

It sounds like you have received an attunement...make sure you drink PLENTY of water over the next several days, plus make sure you eat good, nutritious foods, to help ground you. Otherwise, you could suffer some minor side effects, such as headache, nausea, etc. Oh, and practice, practice, practice! :hugz:
