I wasn't sure whether to put this here, in the Magic & Rituals forum or paths forum, so if anyone wants to move it, please feel free :).

But anyway, i was wondering, are there any exercizes that you can do for begiiners, PurplePanther told me about the Iron Pentacle (hope that's the right name), and how it's not for beginners, but are there any exercizes you can do to get yourself use to the Feri energy or that are safe for beginners?.

I'd like to maybe try something, as i haven't done much, magically anyway.

Thanks for any help you can give me :).

Well I am not a Feri practioner so I can't vouch for it's validity, you may want to try this site:

Well the Iron Pentacle is an important training tool, but it is probably best to try lighter exercizes to get used to the Feri current first. Try getting a feel for working with energy; raising it and manipulating it and so on. Then you might want to try working with Blue Feri Fire. There is also the Ha prayer and the Kala rite, which aren't dangerous.

Here are some exercizes to get you started

I'm fairly new to MW, and so am just discovering different threads.

There are some beginning Feri/Vicia exercises at Lilith's Lantern (http://www.lilithslantern.com).
