I've noticed many people here have experienced sleep paralysis. You know that creepy feeling that someone is watching you but you can't move... I read an article today that seems to be related but didn't mention sleep paralysis. I figure it could help some people feel at ease because it is such a horrible feeling.
I've heard many people tell others who experience sleep paralysis that the best thing to do is just relax and you'll fall back asleep rather than struggling to wake up - but it's especially difficult when there's that creepy feeling that someone is in the room watching you. Maybe this will shed some light and ease some tensions.
