I noticed another thread asking for help pronouncing greek names, i wonder if anyone could point me in the direction of a book or website that gives pronounciation guide for norse words?

For example, i've been calling Woden, Woh-den, then realised that maybe the W is a V, or maybe it is silent and pronounced the same as odin.

Anyway, there are many other words that im having difficulty in pronouncing, some of the nine worlds, the runes, so if anyone sould point me in the right direction, i'd be very gratefal,
Ta,

I don't have anything in mind but if you ask about specific names here I'm sure Rick or another Norseman could help you out.

I try and pronounce Odin, "Oh-din". Ummm...I think most of the "j"s in words like Mjolnir...are pronounced with "y" as in.."Myoh-l-neer"...
