No one can help you but yourself,
it's hard, but you can do it.
Sometimes you need someone to talk to,
have you been in touch with a counsellor or therapist at all?
have any good friends that would understand?
Maybe it's a chemical thing, in which case medication might be the answer.
I'm sorry to hear that you've resorted to self injury,
I've struggled with it myself...
Please know my thoughts are with you.
I hope you can get some help and feel better soon.
*hugs*

Please talk to someone - there is always someone who can help you. There are many of us here who will be happy to listen, but if you can find someone IRL it will help you much more...
I see you are 19 - if you go to a college or university, the health center on campus will be able to point you in the direction of a therapist or support group that might help you.
There's always an answer - always a way out.
My best wishes and thoughts are with you..

Yes, talking helps so much. Is there a youth center near you? A friend or adult you can trust? Even someone online you can just vent to? So many of us go through this and can understand.
I hope you can find, or make your own light. I wish you peace and hope, m'dear.

I have been there and you are not alone. I know it sounds cliched and all but many of us have felt that way.
A good cry can be the perfect and sometimes the only medicine. It is emotionally clearning something much deeper than mere psychological/ positive thining techniques. Hope I helped..
