Greetings ravenhecate999, First off make sure you've read our listed threads that are useful for beginners next lets get started on a few things for you.


i would like to take this class if thats ok...ive been into wicca for 4 years now in but im still having trouble meditating, which is messing everything up, i can only use certian forms of divinaton, its clouding my premonitions, and i just really need some help with meditating...i think my problem is that i cant relax...ugh!!! its really becoming a problem....help please?

We'll work on breathing and releasing negative energy and I'd like to try working on some quick fixes these are no longer then 5 minute strong visiual meditation that work great with casting circles, grounding and centering yourself.

Breathing: Find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in nice and slowly
Exhale a deep, nice and slow.

The key is slowly, nice and deep. Now as you're doing this I want you to visualize a pure white light being inhaled and exhaling your negative energy this will sometimes appear in different colors depending on what the negativity is sometime red, brown, gray even a dark greenishgray color. Keep breathing until all the negative is out and your filled with all pure light.

Next quick fixes: If you are really getting stressed are angry about something I would like you to do this.
Pick an element air, earth, fire, water.
Use the energy of the element to purify you with the breathing I just showed you to do but only in three deep breathes it must be done so make sure they are deep and strong.

Example if I want to use air stand somewhere there is a breeze, if I where to use water you might want to take a shower. Fire stand in the sunlight earth stand where there is a view of just natural surroundings.

Once you have chosen the element of use, close your eyes and visualize the energy of the element coming within you and all around you useing the breathing tech. you may use a chant of your choose but remember to keep it short and quick. The breathing and visualization should be the strongest focus.

Do this for one week and let me know how it goes.
