Another Strange and Cruel Dream

I dreamed my fiance 'pretended' he cloned our bearded dragon...
and that he was 'pretending' it was all weird and alien like.
He continued 'playing' this game until he suddenly threw the small lizard to the ground and bashed it to death with a heavy book.

Um... yeah it was really messed up.

At the end of the dream he looked at me and said
"It's okay, we have another one"


He would of course NEVER hurt one of our pets in real life...
so what the heck does this one mean?

(Of course it could mean nothing at all, I was pretty sick last night)

Not to be morbid, but was the book a Bible, Dictionary, or possibly a specific color, size? Was it recognizable? What did the Dragon look like (besides having a beard)? I've never thought of a dragon as being a pet, as they seem to be portrayed as more intelligent than we humans - unless it was just a lizard.

my curiosity surprises me.

The book was large and very old looking, gold leaf on the pages and dark blue? (I think??)

It reminded me of a similar book in another recent dream...

The book seems significant, especially if similar to another dream's book. It would make sense to kill a clone if it came out "wrong", disfigured or in a bad way, you said Alien.

I have a friend that has a theory that the U.S. current administration is run by people who are reincarnated aliens - i.e. not human and definitely not benevolent (just take a look at their eyes - not naming names, but you can probably figure out who I speak of).

maybe he's wishing he had some kind of "power" but doesnt and him killing the bearded dragon with a book was him releasing his anger about not being able to aquire said power from studying the contents. him saying "we have another one" could mean hes giving up on trying one thing and is going to try something else.

I'm not sure if it's related but the bearded dragon I was dreaming about passed away 2 days ago...
