i am looking for energy or healing techniques toward healing and pain relief, i have a friend who has Fibromyaligia and i would like to give her the gift of one day without pain. thx in advance

I have fibromyalgia and I have found there are some methods to help manage it. Controlling stress, specifically tension held in the body helps tremendously. But have her check out the book from Fatigued to Fantastic, I've worked with numerous alt healing practitioners and read the book myself. its much recommended

Besides the mundane things everyone here suggested, one can send distant healing to your friend, it can help well.

I don't know about spells, as I never do anything like that. I am not sure that there are any healing/good health spells around. ... but I do send healing energies. *soft smile*
