Maybe we should start a thread that you put your name down and we use it to swap readings equally, because I think a lot of people here aren't offering readings (or some other method of thanks) in return when they should be. Or maybe if you don't do tarot readings, when you ask for one you could offer a rune reading, to share a piece of artwork, to light a candle for somebody, to share info or ideas, etc.

Both of our mods here now are expecting and have busy lives so I really think people should help out here.

Well...Maya did a reading for me yesterday. I offered to reciprocate, but she said she didn't really need one. So I paid it foward by giving Laiste a reading (which I hope she sees....). I'm waiting to hear back from Wildchild, if she needs a reading. If not, I'll just read for the next person who posts that they need one. I try not to read for people when I see they've already been read, and it's been posted in their thread, only because sometimes i feel like that can confuse the person. So..the next person that tells me they need a reading, will get one.

The only problem I have, is that I don't want to be swamped. I once posted that I was offering to do readings, and I got like, a ton of people in one day PM me at once. This used to happen to me at my old place of work, too. I'd offer a reading to one girl, and she'd tell a ton of people, and all of a sudden, all of my breaks were taken up by doing tarot readings for folks :(

That's my only issue. But I will try to do two a week, at least :)

I was more referring to people who've asked and never or rarely reciprocated. :)

I think this is an excellent idea. I'm definitely up to doing some readings for people but sometimes it'll be awhile before I can do them since I work during the days. I'm very much looking forward to this as I haven't had anyone other than myself to read for in months.

edited: I started a new thread for this (hope I'm not stepping on toes) and posted general rules for the swapping of readings. I hope this helps the moderators.

I love doing readings. But I find myself doing the readings & not posting them most of the time. I feel like I'm just not experience enough yet or I'm not sure if the reading would be right. I guess I need to step off that ledge more! :D

If you don't feel comfortable posting it in the thread you can always just PM and note in the thread that you've done a reading for them. Still there is no right or wrong for intuition. You have to trust yourself and your cards and they take care of everything else.

I am here and ready to read for anyone who asks. There have been a lot of times when I was too late cause someone else already did the reading...I really don't like to post my reading after someone else has posted theirs, not for any particular reason though. So I'm off to browse the Tarot forum to see if anyone needs a reading!:)

I think if you post to this thread, redheadwitch might be able to put you on her list of people to read for. She's about the only one at the moment that is doing Past Life Tarot readings.
