Konnichi Wa to All:
I am now in the middle of a Major Transistion of Life!
The Apartment Building that I manage has been Sold and the New Owners that not shown any Interest in keeping me on as Residential Manager.
So I am now looking for Work as a Building Maintenance Technician and Sanitation Engineer.
Also, since I wont be Residential Manager anymore, I will have to Move.
So I will be going Offline for a while during the time that I Move and then get my Computer Set Up in my New Home.
So during this Transistional Stage in my Life, my Personal Emotional Energies will be a bit Disrupted, so I will not be doing anymore Tarot Readings until everything is settled again.
So I will not be doing anymore Tarot Readings until after Halloween, after which, I should have everything settled in and sorted out.
I could use a bit of Good Positive Energies Cast at me in my Endeavours of Finding a New Job!

I have already gotten the First Aid Books together to Study to get my First Aid Attendant Certificate back.
I hope to be in the December First Aid Course.
Tomorrow, I am stopping by the Head Office of a Corporation that runs Retirement Homes. One of their Property Managers called looking for an Apartment and when I told her of this Building being Sold, she put me onto her Boss, who emailled me back Inviting me to Meet with him to discuss my making a Deal about my working as a Maintenance Man for a Retirement Home.
So I am hoping to make a Good First Impression when I arrive at their Office Tomorrow Morning.

I got a Voice Mailled Message from the Retirement Home Corporation informing me that they may not have a position for some one with my skills until sometime after Winter Solstice.
So I am spending the next few months studying First Aid and getting my First Aid Ticket back in order to improve my chances of scoring the position.
So wish me Luck with my First Aid Studies.

This is to let you all know that Transglobe Inc has bought Chelsea Place and has Evicted all the Tenants as well as myself for Major Renovations.
The Notice Reads:
"After an initial assessment of the physical conditions of this building, we have determined that it will need major renovations which will require you to vacate your unit.
Pursuant to s.49(6) of the Residential Tenancy Act, we have attached a "2 Month Notice to End Tenancy" which states that you are required to vacate your unit on or before December 31, 2006. The act permits a landlord to ask tenants to vacate their units in order to conduct such renovations and repairs".
So that means there is going to be a lot of Applicants floating around from Chelsea Place as well as 430 11th Street, 1115 4th Ave, 1021 4th Ave, 905 4th Ave, 315 Agnes Street, and 329 Sherbrooke Street as those properties where bought up by Transglobe Inc. I checked their website and they are not renting out any suites in any of those buildings, so they must be Evicting Out all the Tenants of those Buildings too for Major Renovations as well.
They are putting out several hundred people!!!
So it looks like I have to scramble for a New Place to Live as well as a New Job now!!!

A fellow Building Manager Member of the Crime Free Multihousing Program emailled me last night informing me that he has an Apartment Available, and that he is keeping it Reserved for me if I should need it.
So I am Guaranteed to have a New Place Lined Up to Move To.
But I have a 2 Bedroom Suite in nearby Coquitlam that I am looking at this morning. I am considering this place as it has a Fireplace and allows Cats.
I also saw on the Internet that the nearby Westminster Quay Market Mall is looking for Custodian/Maintenance Man. I went down to the Mall and met with their Operations Manager.
While meeting with him, I informed him that I had References from the New West City Mayor, which seemed to impress him as the New West Mayor used to have a Business Stall located in the Westminster Quay Market.
So, hopefully, I have scored a Job working at the Westminster Quay Public Market!

I went down to the Westminster Quay Market to have Breakfast and check the place out, since I may be Working there as a Maintenance Man and Costodian.
The Boss showed up to patrol and noticed me there having Breakfast. He seemed impressed that I was customizing their Establishment while checking it out so that I am familiar with the place for when I start working there.
Please Send Postive Energies Towards My Landing This Job at The Westminster Quay Market!

For the last 2 or 3 times I went to my favorite Chinese Cafe at the Corner for Won Ton Soup or their "C" Plate, when I broke open my Fortune Cookie, it always says things like: "New Opportunities Are Ahead", or "Someone Is Going To Make You a Good Offer".
I hope those Fortunes come true by about January and I score some sort of Building Maintenance job that pays decently well.

So far, I have destroyed my Sofa Bed, my Bedside set of Drawers, two old Portable Bars in order to get rid of enough stuff to be able to fit into my New Place, which is only about 550 sq ft.
I will also be destroying my old Easy Chair which has had its arms scratch to shit by TWS.
I am looking to give away my Dart Board and my Portable Outdoor Fireplace.
Then I either have to Sell or Wrecker Canadamobile.

It is now my First Day of Job Searching after finishing my First Aid Course.
I just finished emailling and faxing around 8 Resumes
Four were for working in the Recycling Industry either as a Labourer, Technician or Truck Driver.
And Three were for First Aid Attendant.
I also got registered to take a Fork Lift Driving Course, which is scheduled for late January.
That should be enough Job Hunting for today.

Last Night was my Second Shift, and I did not loose my Car Keys in the Recyceables last night.
I basically have been started working next to a Conveyor Belt past which Recycleable go by.
There are Two Positions on the Line. At Position A, you have to take out Newspaper and Celephane Wrapping.
There is another Position B, but no one usually mans it (maybe due to there being a lacking of people willing to do this kind of Work), at which only Newspaper is taken out.
Then there is Position C, where all Plastic, Metal and Tins are taken out.
There are times when certain Interesting Things have gone by me.
Yesterday, 3 Bibles came by me, 2 Red Candles (I grabbed them), a set of Wedding Photos with a Wedding Video (someone must have gotten Divorsed), and a Full Unopened Bottle of Wine (I gave it away to one of my Co-Workers).
My Co-Workers tell me that once they found a Wallet in which there was $3,000.00 Dollars.
Yesterday, I found 2 cents, which I have put in my Missionaries of Charity Donation Bottle.

Congradulations for the new paths you are starting, KinoNoRonin!
It seems your new work is along the lines of your interests in conservation and environmental good.
I hope your studies in First Aid and so many different mechanical devices also add interest and different opportunities--you certainly switched gears very fast and made lots of changes in a short time.
Merry Yule and hope you have good holidays!

That Company must really be Short Staffed.
I have worked two Overtime Shifts in a Row.
I am just Bushed!!!
However, the Work is Interesting. As a matter of a fact, I found a Baby Sized A&W Root Beer Mug the other day.
But now I have to get some rest as I have to do Two Tarot Card Readings tomorrow, study some Herbology, and do some more writing about my reading "Confessions of Aleister Crowley".

This is to Announce that as of Last Weekend, during my Birthday, I successfully passed through my Probationary Period working as a Landscaper.
So I am now Totally and Officially Fully Employed as a Landscaper.
And I am enjoying working as a Landscaper soooo much that I am starting to think that I may have been a Landscaper in a Past Life.
Maybe I was a Japanese Landscaper in Hiroshima during a Past Life.
:D
So the Big Theme of my Celebrating my Birthday was Commemorating the Fact that I am now Successfully Emploied as a Landscaper.
KNR
PS:
The Japanese Word for Landscaper is "Zoenka-nin".
