Hey guys. I know I haven't been around much and I'm sorry. I'm in desperate need of some help. I was in a car accident on 10/4 and I've been home recouperating. I was rear ended and now I am having back problems. The problem is that my boss is not being very compassionate and "because of the days that I've missed is saying that after I return from this "lengthy absence" that if I miss any more days I will be terminated. I work in an office and I have a release from my doctor that says I can go back to work but I cant have any restrictions. The put the following restrictions on me: work as back pain tolerates, no extended periods of sitting or standing, and no lifting more than 10 pounds. I have started looking for another job earlier today before I got the nasty email. My intuition must have kicked in. Anyway, there are other problems at this job but this was the final straw. Anyway, can you guys send some energy to help me find another job ASAP? I really cant do without the income. I know I'm not alone with respects to having issues and I'm sorry for asking for more, but if you can spare some more, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.
