I have had the ability to see colors surrounding living things all my life. For years I thought that everybody saw them..I found out different (but, that is another story). As an Art Major I have studied the physical and psychological efforts different colors can cause...red will produce an increased heart rate while green will produce slower breathing patterns....a certain shade of yellow will produce a feeling of discomfort in most people..while a certain shade of blue will produce a sense of strength in most people and placed side by side the true hue of red and green will make most people physically ill...but, if you have a shade difference you will make most people feel happy....I could go on....
I feel it is up to each person to decide what does a color mean to them..by the tone of the color and placement next to another color. By looking at someone..and I do not ‘look’ at everybody I can make a determination based upon my own perceptions of what that color ‘means’ in relationship to the other colors. Each color as a meaning if you will a negative, positive and neutral meaning.
The use of divination comes in when I ask a person a set of questions...for this type of divinity it is sometimes better that I can not see them.
The use of the questions reflect the conception that each person as to a feeling of a color. And, even though I do not believe that there is only one definition of a color in most cases a each color as a set of common definitions based on societal belief structures. By looking at the questions with the color choice I can give an educated conjecture of the base problem. There was once a woman whose color choices were green, green, green and green..however, she wanted, dreamed for purple..by helping her to see her image of what purple meant it liberated her to try something new in her life without giving up the positive influences of green
The use of auras as a tool for divinity has been very successful for me. It still amazes me when I give a reading and they will write back how did you know that?
I welcome any questions or comments. I do not claim to be an expert...just a student who is learning.
Ask yourself: What color was my childhood?...What color is it now?..What color do I want it to be?
