Tomorrow is the day I set out on a challenge. This challenge is to change my life and take control of my health! Please give me strength to endure those first few weeks of change! Encourage me to go on this new path! I am ready to free myself and rid my body of this poison! I will be strong and not replace it with something else harmful to my body. Instead, I will use this to my advantage...to turn this into something positve!
