You have your Sun in Cancer, Moon in Scorpio and Capricorn rising.

The taciturn aloofness of earthy Capricorn is warmed considerably by Cancer. But nothing can disguise the determination and ambition at your heart. You keep that determination to yourself and work hard to come across in a genial and sympathetic manner. Water (and lots of it in your chart) gives you a touchy emotional equilibrium, much like a pond with a riptide underneath. At any minute the balance could be upset and you get washed away. You tend to dramatic outbursts and defensive backlashes, so once you are able to control this better there is nothing that will stop you. You easily blend the impersonal with the sincere and would make an excellent motivator of people. But this intensity also lends you a real talent for concentrating on achieving a goal. No matter what you do it is certain you will rise to high status or otherwise be recognized for your hard work. You instinctively understand that good things require work and time and are more than willing to expend the effort necessary to reach your goals. You make many friends and you strive not to hurt their feelings no matter what happens. You are deeply protective of those dear to you and nothing will bring out your extremes like a threat to that security. But you never lose sight of your goals and drive a shrewd bargain with a smile on your face the entire time. You are never intentionally mean, but are not above being spiteful if you feel wronged. You come across as constantly on the defensive, so people will be attracted by your magnetic personality, but a bit taken aback by your self-protective behavior.

You have a very powerful Yod in your chart. It looks like a giant letter ‘Y’, with Venus, Pallas and the North Node at the tip; Vesta and Uranus make up the two points. Being that they are all in signs of duplicated houses – you have Virgo/Pisces intercepted, which means they hide within a house, so another pair of signs must show up twice in order to balance – they scream “look at me!”

Your ideas may shock other people. Not because they are wrong, but because they are so different. Uranian energy is always highly ahead of it's time. It would be like explaining escalators and ATMs to your several-times great-grandfather. They'd just be shocked and not understand. (Leonardo daVinci always brings this aspect to my mind - he was years ahead of his century.) Your wish to do your own thing - rules, what rules? - often gets you in trouble. That doesn't usually stop you, but you should expect to encounter opposition and refusal of help. You don't like rules and prefer to live in disorder rather than submit to outside regulation. You are independent and value freedom and nonconformity. You loathe routine and rules, seeing them only as restrictions. You would prefer to be solving new and different problems and trying new things. Your career will be anything but ordinary, and you’ll find unusual ways of supporting yourself.

You have a bunch of conflicting impulses in your character. You feel a need to help others, but also desire solitude to work on your own projects. You may have made sacrifices you regret in this area. This is partially because you feel unloved on deep level. So, to compensate, you do your best to take care of other people in the hope that they will return the favor. Your public persona has confidence and assurance that you don't always feel on the inside. The childhood traumas that go along with Chiron have been suppressed or not dealt with in your psyche. So until you do so, you'll continue to have concerns and issues. Your self-identity revolves around nurturing others - as a parent, a nurse, etc. You would be happy in a career ruled by Ceres- cooking, nursing, clothing design, building housing; anything nurturing. There's this wonderful free thinker inside of you, but your responsibilities may force you to hide them away. This is common in charts of those whose parents or partners pressure you into achieving high levels of success. This often causes a lack of confidence in your own abilities and feeds right back into that feeling of being unloved. You may bury yourself in your work in order to avoid your feelings. Or you may go the opposite way and have trouble finding joy in what you do. So get a new job if you feel the need - you don't have to stay there unless you want to. The extreme examples of this aspect would be someone who never plays and only works or the reverse. As expressing your creativity and passions is hard for you, you would benefit by learning to balance those sides of yourself. Artistic expression might be a very helpful tool for broadening your awareness.
