I'm looking for this for an art project, but I can't seem to find a website that I had about it. I believe it was a Wiccan website, and it had two positions to stand in when envoking the God and Goddess called (Ironically :P) The God Position, and The Goddess Position.
I remember the Goddess position, as it features in many artworks and jewlrey etc, but the God position is just a blank..
Anyone care to enlighten my forgetfull mind? Picture perhaps?
Thanks! :fpraise:

IIRC, the God position is the position that Egyptian mummies were lain in, with arms crrossed upon the chest. Also called the Osiris position.
but I may be wrong.

Raise hands in Goddess position (spread in a V over your head
feet apart), then slowly lower them and cross them into the God position (arms crossed over your chest, feet together) feeling the power coursing down your arms throughout your body.

That's a Japanese Fire position, too.
Kaylara says the God position has the lower arms crossed in front of the face (not the chest), palms inwards, one hand holding the wand, the other the athame, and these tools cross each other midway as well, above the head.
