The Order of Bards, Ovates, & Druids

I started this course a few years back, I have yet to finish it. I think it is laid out well and very very informative. I was courious if any one here has had any experience with this course/group and what their thoughts are on it/them

This is the link to their website http://www.druidry.org/

Looking forward to some discussion!!!!

Thanks,
Mike

I looked in at OBOD a few years back and I was very ready to take a course with them, though after many attempts the browser didn't want to take my debit card details so I was derailed, I forgot about them and a month later I found a path that was more 'me'.

OBOD seems worthwhile, whether you are thinking about become an o/b/d or just curious to learn more. They seem to know what they are doing, good luck with your course mainedruid.

Thanks. I ordered my course years ago and paid by check throught the mail. I just recently e-mailed them to find out how to get back on track.

I am hoping some one here has taken or is taking the course for discussion.

You know, it was a while ago but on one of the livejournal communities that I'm on, somethign came up about OBOD and probables that people had with it, not the least of which was how expensive their course was- and it didn't really seem like an awful lot of materials either. Between that discussion and looking through their website, I was really quite turned off. (Not that I'm too concerned, I've been a memver of ADF for over a year now, and involved with my Grove for almost 2 years)

I'll try and dig up the info. No promises though.

Thank you,

I have the Bard section of the course, the first section. It fills 2 3 ring binders. Not a ton of stuff, but its pretty indepth. I dont know how I would change it my self though....

I think I am going to start again/finish that part of the course for sure, but I dont know about moving on yet...
