I just saw this today so I hope it's in time for you.
Holy Scorpio Batman! :hahugh:
Your Dad has his Sun, Moon, Saturn AND Ascendant all in Scorpio.
This is like a massive injection of determination and drive. Yet at the same time it’s a tad unpredictable because sometimes he’ll come on very strong and controlled and other times be controlled entirely by emotions. But that’s Scorpio, the sign of drama for you – up or down, with few, if any shades of gray. That’s how most Scorpios see the world too. They are so strongly emotional that they cannot help but react, yet many people may not realize this depth in your father because he’s so good at hiding it. He knows just how importance appearances are and others may see that nice Libra side of him more than the intense Scorpio side. But he may have problems cooperating with others and it will take all that strong Scorpio self-discipline to not try to control everything everybody does. Nevertheless, he manages to work well with others (though perhaps running with scissors was an issue.) He has such intensity that he generally gets what he wants by sheer determination and persistence, not to mention a huge capacity for hard work.
Relationships in general may have some dramatic moments, as he will naturally get his feathers ruffled by other strong personalities (especially Aquarius, Taurus, Leo or other Scorpios.) With Mercury in Sagittarius he’s blunt to the point and honest. He doesn’t mince his words (usually) and his drive for knowledge will ferret out any secrets people have. For those who do not meet with his high standards (which he holds himself to as well –no hypocrisy here) he has no time to waste on them. As an adult he might not be tremendously sympathetic and almost uncaring on occasion - "I'm doing this because I have to," and not really pay attention to what others are feeling. So sometimes he may feel rather lonely as very few people have the same strength of will and determination as he, especially with that quiet and deep 12th house Moon. Anybody with Scorpio rising finds it impossible to be invisible, but as your father has his Sun in the First House, it’s even more impossible to accomplish. There is often an early childhood history where these people as kids felt constantly 'watched' and noticed. He might have been expected to shine, represent the family name, or sometimes 'perform' for others. There are a few indicators that his relationship with his father may have had some bumps. The parents, especially the father, were usually proud of him (assuming he did what they wanted). However, even though he may resent him now, his father was the most important person in his development. With luck this should make him a self-reliant and confident individual.
But career and work/life balance will be continual issues throughout his life. He may have trouble figuring out what he wants to do, though he will be certainly interested in making name for himself. But everything that he studies or does will help him in the long run and support the course he eventually takes in life. Now I have no idea his actual career is, but my first thought was he was either a lawyer or a psychologist with that strong Pluto on the Midheaven and the many aspects the both of them receive. Mass psychology (what motivates people) is something he intuitively understands. He has a way of sifting through the garbage of what people say and coming up with whatever is meaningful or relevant underneath their words. He just needs to resist the urge to pull a fast one on people because of his knowledge. He is a natural architect and builder, able to use his mind to make decisions in matters of form and function. For him, the goal and the path to it are the same thing. He likes to build each step and have each decision be an end in itself. (Things must be done the "right" way.)

Amazing KEishin! Thank you so much for doing this for him. This sounds just like my father in alot of ways. Indeed he is a VERY hard worker and it's the construction business he's in. He definitely does do things the "right" way and nothing less will satisfy him. IF he feels like something ISN'T done the right way then he'll start over and redo the whole thing.8O He's a very strong willed, intense person and while growing up he was very overprotective. (typical scorpio) I do see the easy going libra ways too though. He can be very blunt but at the same time he can get along with just about anybody. Over all though i must say that we've all gotten along fairly well with my dad and me both scorpio my mom being cancer. If one of us hurts then all of us "feel" the same way without saying a word!:hahugh: Must be all that "still waters running deep"?

Definitely - with you all being water signs (and such things tend to run in families) you all have that deep sense of feeling and empathy, so there is less of a chance of being oblivious to another's emotions. Also, I believe you (Oct 31, right?) and your father fall in the same decanate of Scorpio - each sign is subdivided into three sections of ten degrees each and ruled by a different sign of the same element - so you will have a further connection there. The second decante of Scoprio is ruled by Pisces. If your mum is born anywhere around June 29ish to July 9ish she'll be a second decante Cancer and you'll have your Suns trine hers.
Glad you enjoyed it! :)

Hey KEishin, could you do a recap of decantes for me please? I remember hearing about those but forgot what they signify. Thank you.

Decantes 101:
Each sign can be subdivided into groupings of 10 degrees each. (Dec = ten in Latin) Each decanate rotates by triplicity (element) and thus the planet ruling that sign will also be affected by the "normal" ruler of the sign.
Examples:
Aries 1-10: Aries, with Aries decanate (pure Aries here!)
Aries 10-20: Aries with Leo decanate (an Aries with a lot of Leo traits)
Aries 20-30: Aries with Sag decanate (an Aries with a lot of Sag traits)
Aquarius 1-10: Aquarius with Aquarius decante
Aquarius 10-20: Aquarius with Gemini decanate
Aquarius 20-30: Aquarius with Libra decanate
So each sign's first decante will be itself. It then progresses forward through the triplicites, depending on the element of that sign. In practice I find it helpful to look at both the ruler of the sign and the decanate for a true characer reading. As I have my Sun at 14 Taurus, I'm a Taurus in the Virgo decanate, so while I'm totally a Taurus I also show a lot of Virgoan traits, such as neatness, and a detailed mind. I would look to the placements of both my Mercury and Venus for further refinements.
Make sense? Questions?

Glad you enjoyed it! :)Whew!! It was very hard in my teenage years trying to get by with stuff between my parent's empathy, over protectiveness, and their antennaes. I swear they're both walking x-ray machines when it came to me doing things.8O I wouldn't trade it for nothing in the world though because we're all very intune with eachother and that's less arguments. My mom/dad seldom argue but when they do my mom has to have the last word and my dad just agrees with her. (must be that peace loving libra?):hahugh:
My birthday is indeed Oct. 31 so it does fall into the same decante as my dads. My moms is July 8 so it's second decante cancer for her. I'd forgotten all about that part of astrology so thanks for reminding me KEishin.
My mom wants a birth chart so bad now that she's read my dads but she doesn't know her exact time of birth. I did it on astro (without a exact time) and it says her moon sign is in Aquarius. The moon does stay in a sign for a couple of days straight right? If her moon is in aquarius then i don't even see how we can get along!? This may explain why she's attracted to "odd'' stuff in my opinion. I mean some of the stuff she's attracted to is just out of this world in my opinion and what i'd consider weird. Don't know because astrology is very complex in my opinion and i'm so glad you all can explain things to me better.8O

What are your Mom's birth details? Depending on her day of birth the Moon may not change signs, as it spends about 2.5 days in each sign. I wouldn't mind taking a look. And if she knows the approximate time of day - early morning, afternoon, etc - that will help refine things even further.
As far as her potentially being an Aquarian Moon and your compatibility with her . . . looking at your chart, I see why Aquarian energy could set off your major weirdness meter, yet you get along. A couple reasons why that might be happening:
1. You have no planets in the surrounding signs (Aries to Aquarius) so anyone with personal planets in those signs is going to bring in energy that you don't have naturally in your personality. So you may attracted and at the same time repulsed by Aquarius stuff because it's alien in some ways but balances you out.
2. You have a lot of planets in fixed signs. Aquarius is also a fixed sign. Signs that share the same quality (cardinal, fixed or mutable) are always square each other. (Squares = being at cross-purposes). Now this doesn't mean any planets in Aquarius will automatically be square to your Scorpio planets, but chances are good they will be.
3. You have Aquarius intercepted in the 1st house. That means the sign "hides" within a house and is not placed on a cusp and by being hidden its energy is not easily expressed and wants to find a way out, even if through interaction with another person. (Interceptions always occur in pairs so Leo is intercepted on the other half of your chart.) Remember that first house represents how you come across to others and the inner sense of permission you have to display your talents and the qualities associated with the sign on its cusp. Anyone with Aquarius intercepted in the 1st house and thereby having Capricorn rising has in my experience that same love/hate relationship with all things weird and odd. They seem to learn very early on in life that acting (1st house) different (Aquarius) is not okay with everyone else and so they conform to the rules (Capricorn), even when they might not want to. Eventually this gets to them and they act out. They often seem to say "I don't like doing anything different," but their actions can tell a different story.
4. You have Sun conjunct Uranus. ('Nuff said. :) ) Basically, you would prefer taking the road less traveled (or even blazing your own path!) to following in everyone else's footsteps. Sun/Uranus people (unless they're an opposition or square pairing) tend to hate routines and always prefer to keep their options open.
So that was a long and roundabout way of explaining something that could have probably taken three sentences. But with Mercury hanging out very Rx at the moment, I'm explaining everything, even if I think everyone already "gets it". :hahugh:

Well, with no birth time I’ll take my best shot at things.
The Moon was in Aquarius on July 8th until 9:09pm local time, so it’s almost certain she’s got that sign for her Moon. Would you say she’s more of a progressive, “free soul” (Aquarius) or a retiring, mildly impractical and contemplative (Pisces) type?
But, wow, what a Moon! It’s in mutual reception with Uranus, and part of both a Grand Air Trine and a Yod. Impersonal Aquarius prefers to deal with people and the creatively emotional reception with Cancer gives a way of skillfully blending words, ideas and feelings together and creating something that others enjoy. She probably has a fabulous imagination. Where things start to fall apart is the realm of the Moon – emotions. Sometimes dreams and ideals are somehow shut off from the day-to-day realities she faces. She would rather ignore her dreams than be tortured by the knowledge she can’t have them come true. She’s probably got an abnormal fear of being deceived, in particular in matters of love and feelings. There could be a lack of emotional self-control in some situations, especially those that are sensitive. She really prefers that people don’t get too personal (they shouldn’t pry into her private life) but has no problem with doing that to others. So this can cause a few confrontations when she asks those hard questions that see beyond the words and get to the feelings. (You said you couldn’t get away with anything as a kid. This is why.) Yet she can have problems misjudging people, preferring to see the positives. This may get her into situations where her talents (Mars) get exploited. Especially with the recurring crises they seem to keep having that only she can solve. The key is to resist the temptation to offer things to others. Although it might seem to be the only way to get people to like and admire her, she will actually lose their respect by such gestures. She may be criticized for being selfish (too bad), but she’ll save herself a lot of headaches.
But so much in your mum’s chart says she just can’t stand to be ordinary, even though there is this “traditional” veneer over the top. (Cancer likes tradition and history). It’s a bit ironic and the opposites may clash from time to time. She’s into stable, loving, long-term relationships. Traditional family values are central in other words. Yet she’s another of those “road less traveled” people. With farsighted Jupiter conjunct Uranus, her approach to any problem is always original and she could invent or develop new ways of doing things. With the conjunction of Mars and Uranus to Vesta she takes the passions of Mars and Vesta and turns it to burst her restrictions, though she may tend towards revolutionary tactics. Her drive for independence is obvious, and it is clear that the common and the traditional are not for her . . . except in some circumstances. With Mars aspecting Neptune she may be aggressive in the pursuit of understanding all that is new, different, and out of the ordinary. Freedom is fundamentally important to her.
She may find it easy to tackle the problems that others find difficult or overwhelming. It's not some mystical gift, but that she can objectively look at issues without letting her ego get involved. (Well, most of the time). It's that Jupiterian preference for obeying the law that works in her favor. She especially could be an excellent career guide or work well with older people. She loves to solve the problems of the world, at least in words (Mercury) and images (Venus/Neptune), and manages to often excite people about an idea. She has very good discrimination in such matters and will quickly get bored by something mentally unstimulating.
With Mars (energy) and Pallas (mental stuff) conjunct Vesta (passion) she may be one of those people who make it their job to organize and support others. Vesta's influence makes her prefer to work behind the scenes a bit more. But wow, what concentration abilities are indicated here! She got charisma but may be more content to be the power behind the leader than the leader. With the Jupiter conjunction: Jupiter is expansion. Vesta is devotion. So this is an expansion of devotion. In plain English, she is able to focus easily on big picture projects or causes. This flows even better if they are related to the pursuit of universal truth or knowledge.

For you to not have had a definite time your interps are correct because this sounds just like my mom.
She definitely does have a fabulous (or should i say wild) imagination and they're very differant than ordinary ideas/thoughts. She's very artistic and "original" in her ideas and she'll put her thoughts into action. For instance- she got an old flower vase and put some of her favorite flowers in in there. Then she went back and put tiny little lights throughout the vase because she said she wanted it to look like fireflies. This vase to my surprise turned out really beautiful and she gets alot of compliments from others too. She (and myself too) just loves shiny, sparkly things such as glitter, opals, mother of pearl, and those little lights. Oh and the color silver too is very fascinating to us so i'm thinking this could be her sun/my moon being in cancer?
You're very correct to about the fact that she fears being betrayed/decieved. The odd thing is that she USED to trust everybody and i didn't and still don't see why. I learned from an early age to NEVER trust anyone and she couldn't understand why. But now SHE doesn't trust anybody so i'm not sure if it's just that she's getting older or the fact that maybe her sisters have hurt her really bad over the last couple of years. She had a very traumatic childhood. She lost her mother when she was 8 and her father used to abuse her daily. Don't know if this could have any significance but anything is possible. Right?
LOL!8O She does like to pry in others business but don't even try to question her! You're right on with that to KEishin...you're awesome lady! She got a good laugh out of that because she said it was true.:hahugh:
She asked me what the "yod" and grand air trine meant exactly. I told her that i have NO clue and i'd ask the expert. :hahugh:
Thanks again KEishin. My mom says you're very sweet for doing this and she appreciates it much!

No problem. I enjoy reading chart as, like your mother, I have an intense interest in the lives of others, but no way will I share too much about my own! (It's those Mercury/Pluto aspects)
Sorry about the terminology dump. I get off into astrolgerese sometimes. A Yod looks like a giant letter 'Y' in the natal chart and is composed of two planets forming a sextile, both making quincunxes to another planet. This always an indicator of major adjustments needed in the areas rules by those planets, and often those "adjustments" come out of nowhere and leave you trying to figure out what the hell happened. The planet at the point of the Y is called the apex planet and usually the one under the most stress. I think of it this way - it's like when you were a kid and you had your parents constantly watching you. Except your "parents" are very unpredictable; loving one moment, PO'd the next, for no apparent reason. The "parents" are the two planets in sextile, forming the points of the Y. They get along beautifully and always end up in accord. However for our poor apex planet, they never know what to expect from "mummy and daddy" - they're too unpredictable from its POV. Good or bad, it wouldn't matter, because then at least it'd know what to expect. That's what having a Yod is like - the apex planet is constantly trying to adjust to changing conditions and may not have a clue what's going on. With a Mars/Uranus conjunct as the apex, that brings to mind words like rash, erratic, rebellious, freethinking, rulebreaking, unwilling to be fenced in, stuff like that. It might express as recurring crises of the "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" type.
As far as the Grand Air trine goes, that's an aspect that promises much less stress than a Yod. Of course without stress we'd never change, so that's why things like Yods and squares exist! :) It looks just like a giant triangle in the chart and is made up of three planets, all trine each other, which means they have to be in the same element - air signs in your mum's case. Whenever you have a Grand Trine, the planets involved basically could finish each others sentences, they get along so well. It tends to be lucky, but like any amount of "luck" it's easy to blow it too. Too many trines indicate a lazy attitude ("why should I work?"). Air signs are concerned with communciations and ideas so with the Moon in Aquarius (imaginative), Venus/Mercury in Gemini (quick-witted), and Neptune in Libra (idealism) those are major character traits that come easily to her.
