I've found some sources, but would like more.
Godfrey Higgins, "The Celtic Druids"
John Matthews, "The Druid Source Book"
Anne Ross, "Pagan Celtic Britain"

And, although a bit outdated (written early in the 20th century), I recommend Religion of the Ancient Celts, by MacCulloch.

I'd second the Barry Cunliffe recommendation, it's a very accessible read. Probably the best place to start.

Books I've found personally helpful on my winding path:
Tree Wisdom - Jacqueline Memory Patterson
Irish Spirit - ed. Patricia Monaghan
The Book of Druidry - Ross Nichols
The Druid Renaissance - Philip Carr-Gom
A Path Through the Forest - Julie White and Graham K Talboys
The Druid Mysteries - Phillip Carr-Gom
The Encyclopeadia of Celtic Wisdom - Caitlin and John Matthews
The Encyclopedia of Celtic Myth and Legend -Caitlin and John Matthews.
Druidry - Emma Restall Orr
Those are just the books on my shelf which i can see right now and have a fondness for. Personally I'd reccomend Emma Restall Orr for anyone just starting out, since she is very warm and approachable and allows you to digest the ideas without being overly scholarly. John and Caitlin Matthews are wonderful if you want detail, I cannot reccomend their research and academic approach highly enough. Ross Nichols book is great, solid in its certainties and reassuring.
Hope these help!
