Hard to say. Could be light reflection or the way the window was cleaned and dried off. It is very indistinct and hardly recognisable.

I think its probably reflection as well. I tried to enhance it and what not but its so small, and not in its original format.
at a glance I think its reflection

Looks like a mixture of shadows and light. Sometimes our eyes try to pick familiar objects out of nothing.

That's the fun of it! :D I love incorrect perspective drawings and abstracts in general for precisely that reason!

Is that picture ALL that there is of the picture? Or is it only apart of it? Because it looks very much like it was edited. To be honest, it looks very much like you caught the edge of someone's forehead and hairline. My guess would be a man, because it looks like short brown hair. It looks very mundane to me. But you did not give enough information about the circumstances of your taking the picture for me to tell you much more thanthis. Like, for instance, what were you aiming at. Why do you think this is paranormal? Was that forehead and hairline NOT THERE when you took the picture? Fill inmore details about what happend when you took the pic.

The camera is aiming at that person, i cut out that photo to show that part which had problem (nothing else are done to the photo).
What is strange is that thing at the window.
The photo are taken around 2am from home about 20 storey high.
The white spot happen to be at the upper right hand side of the photo.
Before this photo was taken, there's a lady keep on talking and talking.
Not so sure who is that and what she's trying to said(asked about this in other post, this had continue for many months. These few weeks the sound had stop but not for long).
Few day before this photo was taken i had strange dreams,
in my dream i saw few "person" enter my house i tell them to leave they didn't leave even yelling at them that they are not welcome to my house didn't help.
Then I dream of them again they stare at me and one of the lady keep ask me to kill myself. After these i start to hear the sound again.
That white spot seem like a face of a lady to me so i assume is that lady.
Although i can sense if there's any spirit nearby but sometimes i just can't sense them.
sincerely I just wanted to make sure if it's a spirit and no depression(sound like i'm suffering from one).
About the lady in my dream, the lady had been appearing for many years.
She try to harm me before and now she jsut asking me to commit suicide.
I hope these information is enough.

i have sent this photo to a good friend of mine, and i will await the results, to see what he thinks. he thinks it will take about 4 hours, or so.
>>ok i need to know-was there a flash used on the camera, or did you have torch-lights? what lighting was in the room?
iucey

No flash light were used, no torch too.
The lights are quite far away from the window. (it's ceiling lights)

so i looked at at this photo. are you talking about the grey blob behind you? it looks like a person to me. but then again i am very easily spooked.
anyhow i did a one card draw of tarot on this and came up with the moon card.
it signifies deception, and lies, you may be the victim of false information and double dealing. also "that which has been inivisible or secret is coming to the surface".
expect the uncanny, your gut feelings may be more reliable than logical analysis.
this is paraphrased from "tarot plain and simple" by anthony louis.
so either is it false, or someone deceptive is looking in!! creepy, now i keep looking at my window!!!!!!!:woah:

it is like the top quarter of their left side of their face. Just catching the eyebrow, hairline, and there is something in the background. Looks like someone took a pic of themselves or someone else by accident. I've got one of myself just like it, lol. OK and so maybe there are some fairies in the background, or gnomes maybe. They won't hurt you.

you have not seen the Torchwood TV series on the BBC yet. 8O
Torchwood is a TV spin off from Doctor Who. And in there, faeries are evil.

OK-the results were inconclusive, which basically means-
because it was not the actual photo, and because when it was blown up it became blurred, because the light interferred and because it wasnt the negative,
no real results of any significance was found.
however....
the blur just above the head was a real interest and left him {my friend} wondering .
there may be an explanation for this, although without a better photograph, a fuller picture, the results will remain inconclusive.
it is advised-
that you return to this place, take several more photos, where there is no person in, just try aiming and click.-do not use the flash, instead burn a candle for light and place this centrestage of the room.
do not say anything take your first couple of pictures, then ask/invite the spirits to be with you, in a non agressive manner, be silent wait for a while{2-3 minutes} then resume to take your photos at different angles.
try this out, then see what you get, post them here, and ill get him to take another look, hows that?
he seems to be extremely interested in this case.

well thats ok so long as they arent a disturbance or interruption to your investigation, and so long as the photos dont involve them.

well ok i say just do as you did before just without words then and no friends in the pics. just place the candle in the centre of the room, and be silent, and take some shots. hows that? then as soon as youre done, leave quietly and calmly.
