I love to cook. And earlier I was canning Jalapeno Jelly. This requires working with Jalapeno Peppers. I was taught to always wash my hands after working with HOT peppers.
The lesson is this:
Until you wash your hands after working with peppers, DO NOT RUB YOUR EYES.
I thought I was going to die. In Army Boot Camp, we had to walk into a room full of tear gas - it was NOTHING LIKE THIS.
Take hede and DO NOT rub your eys until you have washed your hands.
Enough said.

:D I am a professional cook, and I have over 300
cookbooks.
I am hoping that we can get our Electrolysis business
started, and I could do some cooking to make a few
extra $$$.

At least I didn't have to ask.

I use habanero peppers and habanero sauce in much of my cooking and my diet has a lot of it also. I am VERY careful about washing my hands, needless to say! :bigredgri
I use Mazzetta's California sauce marked HOT (this has no vinegar or carrots in it and makes Dave's Death sauce look like a day at the beach). On one occasion I was eating pizza in our break room with a group of co-workers (I was with Gateway at the time) and our site manager came in and saw me eating this pizza after dipping it in this "sauce" and decided to do the same. Before we could stop him he had slid his slice thru the sauce and was grabbing his mouth and reaching for a coke ... someone knocked the coke out of his hand and got him some water and some bread. The boy from Iowa never again just came in and grabbed anything we were eating without asking first.
Blue
 Lemonade is also good, but watch the acid! Citric acid can act like an amplifier for some of these hot sauces! YEOW!
