I just got freaked out for real! I had went to the restroom and as soon as i walked out- "something" was coming towards me...went through me too. It happened so fast and i didn't actually feel anything as it went through me. I did notice it or whatever had on a gray shirt. My cousin just died two days ago and i couldn't help but wonder if it's him OR something trying to make me THINK it's him!? I don't think it can hurt me but i don't wanna get my hopes up either if it's not him. I wasn't there with him when he died but i am trying to find out what he was wearing. I swear if it was a gray shirt i'm gonna freak out even more. How can i tell if it's really him or what?:wave:

whatever it is can't hurt you physically. controlling your emotions and taking care of yourself are your best courses of action. covenofkeys is a paranormal investigator- perhaps you could ask her specifically?

i live with a ghost and this happens all the time... usually she laughs when she does it, like a kid having fun. i just smile at her and shake my head so i wouldn't worry too much about it.

perhaps you are just becoming more sensitive? if that's the case, i suggest you strap on a seatbelt and get used to the ride.

he may very well have been wearing a gray shirt at the time of death. it may not have been a ghost at all that walked through you. sometimes peoples minds will manifest strange visions or halucinations during tramatizing or upsetting times. you could have simply halucinated him walking towards you just wearing a shirt you remember him in at some point. what gives me this particular frame of thought is the fact that you didnt "feel" anything when he passed through you. usually when a spirit or ghost passes through a living person theres always some kind of strange feelings either negative or positive, almost like an energy transfere of sorts. im betting it was a halucination accelerated by your mind because you were thinking about your cousin. they will pass in time.

I wouldnt touch one of these with a barge pole!! they are far to uncontrolled, and unless you are very experienced they can lead to all sorts of problems.

Unless it came along with a really negative nasty feeling I wouldn't be afraid of it.
And there are more ways to communicate with spirits than just with a ouija board so don't worry about that. *smiles*

I hope your experience wasn't too unsettling.
I've had things like this occur to me as well, sometimes whole groups of people saw the 'ghost' (or whatever it was) in our old apartment...

Once you know that it's not out to harm you there's really no need to fear.

If you see or sense this entity again just ask it who it is and what it wants, (you can do it in your head or out loud...) and then really listen... maybe you'll find out for certain.
