I just wondered, could anyone tell me about astral projection or shapeshfting. What is it about and how does it work

my main area of interest at the mo is shapeshifting, so i will give you a brief overview. for more detailed info, mail me.
there are two types of SS(shapeshifting).one is changeing your physical body, and the other to go into another body. to go into another is easier than changing your phys. first you must pick an animal you have close associatoin with, possibly your totem animal(s). you should watch the animal and learn how they move,live,etc.to get into an animals body, you create a body kinda on the astral plane.it is not like transferring your mind from one body to the next.first-think like the animal. wot do you hear and see and smell?a cat would have much better senses like a dog. a horse has almost 360 degrees of vision. adjust your senses to the animal. think like the animal. the next but is hard to describe, you ARE the animal. be the animal. if you have watched the animal, you should attempt to try and stand up. this is very hard. the first couple of times you try this, just lay down and stay as long as possible. SS is very easy, and it bascically comes with practice. i would go crazy writing my info down here, so mail me for more. my address should be on my profile.
