Have you checked out the New Pagan forum? There are a couple of stuck threads at the top there that might be helpful for you. And check out the Book forum for a list of recomended books...not that you have to read all of them. And you can always ask lots of questions here. :)

Was there a specific area you're looking for help with? Your question was pretty general. It really doesn't say how far along are you? There's a thread in New Pagan about visualization & such. That's always a good place to start.
