My friend Sonya is having her gall bladder removed today. I know everything will be fine and it's not a complicated surgery but I'm still nervous because I love her dearly and worry about any surgery. So if you have a moment, please send some energy her way, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much for the energy everyone! She came through the surgery fine and was up and walking around the next day. She is down to visit this weekend and having very little pain. The doctors say that she is doing remarkably well for someone who just had surgery 3 days ago! I think all your healing energy packed a real punch!
