I tend not to do spells if I'm having my own personal bouts with anxiety or worry because I find that I end up worrying if my spell worked and that is not helpful at all, for me, when it comes to intent.
I have done a spell for my mate when he was anxious and I made a gris gris bag for him after charging some herbs and stones that I thought would help at the time. I think with a little research and intuition, you can find the herbs and stones that fit the situation. What actually happened is that touching the bag that I gave him, helped him to come to a decision that he had not been wanting to make. With the making of that decision and sticking to it, he was able to alleviate his anxiety and worry about the situation. Much of what I did was focused on dispelling anxiety and negative thinking, the ability to see the situation more clearly, grounding, protection of other's negativity etc...
What I tend to do for myself in a situation where I can't stop being anxious or having panic attacks, almost automatically now, is to do breathing exercises, use visualization mixed with positive affirmations. It's something that I taught myself before I was pagan. It was a book by a guy named Gary Smalley and I have to say that his exercises have really been helpful with my pagan path. Especially the visualization.
When I'm anxious and can't sleep or are fearful of something, which is pretty rare these days, I do the muscle relaxation, where I go through all of my large muscle groups, while lying on my back in bed, and tighten and relax each of them three times each. When I get to my toes, I'm usually in the alpha state of sleep and am able to start my visualization, if I don't fall to sleep straight away.
I tend to visualize myself in water in an area that is very dark. The water is generally sparkly, but dark blue, and I'm just lying on my back floating and am usually feeling very relaxed. I start off with my head and visualize it and try to feel it as well, being attached to my body by string only. I do this with all my major joints until I'm visualizing myself as this person whose head, arms, hands, waist, legs and feet are only attached to my body trunk with strings. I work my way down from my head. When I am done, I visualize a lighted stair case with 10 stairs and a door at the top. I go up the stairs as I count the stairs, when I'm at the top, I do some sort of affirmation that has absolutely no negative words in it. Something like:
"I am happy, relaxed and in good health." Or something that fits with what my problem is at the time.
Before I open the door I say something like:
"When I open this door I will be in a warm, comfortable and beautiful environment."
I count from 10 to 1 and open the door to my "happy" place. Which is usually a beautiful home by the sea where I can stand on my deck with my cup of tea in some loose clothing and relax. The wind is blowing and the sun is usually just rising or just setting and the sky is beautiful. When I'm there I am generally relaxed and open to analyzing the reasons why I am anxious, I am able to think clearly about why I am fearful etc...
Of course this experience will be different for everyone and most of the time I fall asleep, but when I'm anxious I have trouble falling asleep, so either way, whether I get to my "happy" place or not, I actually get some relaxing sleep and am able to try the visualization again and see if I can figure out what's really going on at a later date.

Cut an apple in half horizontially, so that the star in the center is exposed. Rub one half with a mint leaf while visualizing what needs to be banished. Put the two halves back together again. Stick a skewer htrough the pieces, so that they will remain joined. Tie the pieces securely together with black silk or satin ribbon. Bury the apple. Your problems should dissipate as the apple rots. You can also name your problem by writting it on a slip of paper. Dip this paper into essential oil of mint and place it between the apple halves, before rejoining them. However, by naming the problem or paper, you take the risk of further manifestation.

When I'm experiencing fear or anxiety, I find the most helpful thing I can do is simply to nothing my breathing. When we're fearful, we can have a tendency to breathe too quickly and shallowly - or, if you're like me, not at all until the air runs out. With too little oxygen in our systems, we start feeling suffocated, which can increase anxiety. Focusing on bringing your breath back to a deep, steady rhythm during fearful times renormalizes oxygen flow throughout the body and brain, which can help you feel calmer. It also gives you something to focus on other than what's making you anxious.
Of course, who's going to remember to stop and breathe when they're freaking out, right? If you know you're going into a particularly stressful situation or time, you could try designating a piece of jewelry or clothing you'll be wearing as your reminder trigger. For instance, I wave my hands around a lot when I'm having a panic attack or just generally wigging. So I can put on a special ring that I train myself to use as a reminder, when it flashes in front of my eyes mid-flail, to try and breathe normally - even if that only works for a minute.

I suggest a nice glass of wine.

I wish just a glass of wine would do it. My anxiety--at this point--is constant. My heart races all the time; my throat and chest tighten up. I have trouble sleeping. I'm taking GABA in pill form. It kind of helps...but it could just be placebo.

Hi Sweetie,
Here is a spell too.
1 large scarf
1green candle
1 yellow candle
1 red candle
1 blue candle Place the candles in four directions: Green, North...Yellow,East....Red,South....Blue,West. Drape the scarf or blanket over your head. Then say:
Elementals, hearken to me.
Give me words the strength to be.
Lord and Lady, Bless the Spell.
An it harm none, shall it work well.
Veil of protection, soft and warm.
Insulate me from curse or storm.
All evil shall you turn aside,
Around me only love abide.
As I lift this blanket from my head,
I leave a veil a magick instead.
Protective shield, around me stay,
Keep all bad energies at bay
Throughout the night and everyday.
BRight Blessings

I use crystals for things like that. Hematite changed my life totally. I'm still shy, but things are quite different now.
If you're interested in this path I will check in my book to find some suitable stones for you. Let me know.

FaerieStorm I too have dealt with fear and panic. I know this isn't the list for talking about divinity, but I prayed my ass off. Stress reduction is very important, if I'm calm when my brain chemistry gets all weird it has less to feed off of.
Is there a color that is calm and protection for you? Do simple magic by keeping this color around you, wear it if you can, paint your nails, change your desktop pattern, light this color of candles, and whatever else you can think of.
Simplify everything as much as possible in your life, become as mindful as possible. Less variables make for easier diagnosis.
Reaching the point where you can open a door when the symptoms are at their worst, open a door and walk through. I know it's stupid sounding, but that's what I learned to do: this too shall pass. If you can cast a circle, make sacred space, ask the quarters for their help, blessings and protection. Summon every ounce of divine energy you can and draw a door and walk through. I hadn't considered it, but a simple spell would be to use a real world doorway. Say, I can get through this, I've done it before, then raise as much energy as you can, know that what you are experiencing will pass, and cross the threshold. Please note that this probably won’t make the symptoms go away, but all parts of you will know that what you are experiencing will eventually end.
I’m very fortunate to be well medicated today. I pray that you will find whatever will bring you peace.
