Week of April 8th-14th card readings

Hi everyone! I am about to do the readings for the week. Since there are so many in and out of here, this is the list I will be reading for. I decided to read for those of you that seem to spend alot of time here! If you would like your name added or you don't see it on the list, please post here and let me know! I am doing this mostly for the Students here. :D For there are just too many members of this community to read for! But, if you would like a weekly reading, I will add you!

Okay, now I don't know how long we will be doing this for. It's sort of experimental. If it gets to be too much for us, then we will have to delay or stop doing the readings. In the meantime though, if any of the students would like to step forward and try their hand at this, it's a great way to learn! No one will criticize you for your mistakes, we just have them pointed out and learn from them~! :D

Hello! For you, I have drawn the Ace of Swords!

Aces are, I think one of my favorite cards! They are about beginnings and new things happening! Since this is the suit of Swords, I would say it brings with it new ways of thinking, new attitudes. This card symbolizes, mental force, truth, fortitude and justice. Look for these things to be present in yourself and situations you encounter. I feel you will meet your problems head on in an honest and fair way, and your resolve will carry you through. :D

This card, to me signifies some tough times. Feeling rejected, like the whole world is against you. But you have to look on the bright side, the dawn of a new day is coming, and when things are faced in the light, with clear vision and understanding, they may not be as bad as they appeared before. Now is not the time for self-pity and wondering "why me", I believe you can draw on your reserve of strength, and pull yourself through! Don't let it knock you down!

This card indicates day dreaming, wishful thinking. This card is all about just drifting along. Paying no real heed to anyone or thing.

This can lead to just letting yourself go in ....becoming lazy, not real enthusiastic about things and I feel it might lead to mild depression or addictive patterns. Instead of dreaming of what could have been, get out there and create your future. Don't wait for it to lead you down the road, build the road you want to take!

Wow! I will keep this in mind this week ~ I am going to a moot (pagan meeting on Wednesday), some of the group I already know, some I dont. I am soo looking forward to it and I know that we are going to talk about a group/circle ritual for the new moon! So maybe thats where Ill express my passions! And I know I will be reading my Tarot for people!
I know that I also have to put much more effort into my work and become inspried again ~ so Ill get on and do it now!

The card I drew for you (snuck it in here at work) was the 10 of Pentacles.

I sense alot of social interaction within the family unit and without.

I also feel that you've accomplished many of your goals. Things are looking great and this gives you time to relax and enjoy the fruit of your labor!

I feel people are drawn to you for your wisdom. You share your knowledge and they are grateful! (hmm....wonder where that could be applied?? )

I had a really lovley week with my family and friends!! But the full moon on Saturday night brought up some strong emtional times!! So my weekend didnt exactly go to plan! But nevermind Ive picked myself up now and are looking froward to this next week :sunny: and the easter weekend!!

This is a card of letting go, reversal, suspension, and sacrifice.

I feel this is a release, either from emotions or attitudes. Letting go of the old to welcome in the new. Things may be a bit stagnant, but this is a suspension that is needed, a sacrifice that needs to be made in order for the situation to play itself out.

Dagda,the card was pretty right on.I had people asking me to help in all kinds of ways.Kind of wore me out.I love to help folks,and I'm glad I have many friends.But I thought about your card,and took a little time for me.I've definitely learned things this week.Resources have increased.I don't know about Power.I would think from all I learn as a Witch,Power is increased though.

Even though Ive been ill it hasnt really been a tough week ~ I have had allot of friends round me, achieved quite allot at work and achieved a great deal spiritually!
Even though I havent been reading as much this week I feel I have learnt so much more through my dreams and inner spirit guide :D

I bought a book that gave me some new ways of thinking/attitudes. Its really very good. As for mental force, truth, fortitude and justice I don't know if these fit. I did meet a problem head on and it turned out ok. My resolve probably carried me through but its the only thing that does sometimes. It was a bit of a blah week for me until Fri.
