It's a good idea to keep a note book.
Example Page:
_______________________________________________________________
DONE MAILED RECEIVED SWAP/TRADE TITLE QUANITY PERSONAL INFO
This is how my note book is set up.:
DONE: check marked when card is finished.
MAILED: Date /check marked when card is mailed
RECEIVED: check mark red, blue or black. When I receive my trade. Red is for a fast trade blue is for on time black is for those you had to p.m. three times just to get the cards mailed to you. They don't respond.
Example: I did a bookmark trade two months ago. Mine where sent out I p.m. them to let them know. I waited and waited no mail. I posted in the swap, Did you get the cards made/ No responce. I waited another week. p.m. them, are you okay I haven't heard anything. No responce. Mean while their posting on the site for other trades...........
This is an example of a person you wouldn't want to trade with again so they get the black check mark. They finally p.m. me after my third p.m. to them, this week making up every excuse in the book as to why they haven't mailed them.
( They were doing other trades) but didn't want to complete one they already agreed to and received for. That's a bad trader mark in my book.
SWAP TRADE TITLE: You want to remember what your trade title is.
QUANITY: How many cards required for that trade or swap.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: User Name, Real Name, address
It's one thing when a trade goes longer then expected, as long as the host is keeping you up to date, checking in on things. There's nothing wrong with giving it a blue check instead of a black check. They are showing they are responsible. But you real want to think twice about trading with those who don't respond.
