i need some advice please!!!

i have a friend, megan, who has "converted" to paganism, but i think it is for all the wrong reasons. she has a crush on one of our friends, rachel, who is pagan, and i believe that megan is only claiming to be pagan to become closer to rachel. how can i bring this up to her gently? if her intentions are good, i dont want to offend her, but on the other hand, it is SO incredibly wrong to pretend to follow a religion for such a selfish reason as getting a date.

Let her figure that out for herself. It won't be long before she realizes that pretending to be something you're not won't work. For now, if she asks you about spell casting and the like make sure to give her advice about understanding the religion before she starts playing with casting and such.

I agree with Sidney. The best way is for her to learn for herself. If she is not taking this path seriously, I don't think any harm will be done to anyone.
