Need an Animal Reading

Well it involves two animals. My dog Kota, and my cat Puff.

Puff is somewhat of a mystery to me. Sometimes he loves on Kota like they are best friends. And then a moment later Puff is tearing into Kota and going psycho. I just want to know if this is some way his twisted thought of playing (Kota sure doesn't think so) or if he has some kind of problems we need to work on.
