It's a new moon. Magical plans?

It's a new moon. What plans do you have regarding spellwork, energy work, magical rituals or other spiritual plans related to the new moon?

Here you can share with others your rituals and works for the new moon in as much or as little detail as you'd like.

My plans are related to increasing abundance and acceptance in my life for prosperous living during the waxing of the moon. I will be offering much of my attention to a favourite deity of mine during this period.

Edited to Add.. I realize that Flar's Freyja has a Sticky about moon magick. I suppose this thread would be most useful as a place to post details on intent and rituals rather than information about moon magick. If others decide not to post here I'll simply use it as a log of my moon cycle plans.

New moon is normally when I do my cleansing rituals. It's a good time to free onseself of all the negetivity that you come in contact with on a regular basis. Althoguh this is suppossed to be a happy, joyful time, I haven't really seen a lot of it. In fact, the opposite seems to be true. There's a lot of stress and anger no matter where you go lately and it's a battle to keep myself from being affected by all the negetivity.

Not sure the time is right to do a retreival and mending that I've been delaying. Still debating.

But if these happen on the new moon, that's coincidental. I don't really follow the idea of lunar casting.

For me, the new moon is a time to contemplate what I want to focus on for the next lunar cycle. What do I want to grow in my life? So I'll meditate on that for a while, draw a Tarot card for insight on how to approach the situation, and then I'll sit for a while and visualize it as a seed, germinating in the rich darkness of the new moon. If I'm called to, I'll journal about it, or draw a picture, or make a talisman of some sort to represent it. Then I'll leave it on the altar until either the full moon or the next new moon, whichever it needs.

This is a time when if needed one can plant seeds for the next lunar cycle drawing in or cultivating aid to reach personal goals, better health, romance or prosperity etc.

My plans: I have been blending some new oils and working on a handmade item which I will end up charging on the Full Moon Phase. I usually set goals and do some meditation and make a money jar if needed during this time.

Would anyone like to explain what they have done, or would like to do during an entire moon cycle beginning with the new moon, the waxing, the full moon, the waning, then the return to the new moon again?
