Nasty virus!

Hi, I hope you all can spare some energy for me cause I got a pretty nasty virus going on here. I'm breaking out in chills, aching all over, got a sore throat, and pretty bad sinus drainage, so if you can please spare some energy for me so I can get back to work this weekend. Thanks!

Those are also flu symptoms so lots of rest and do as much as possible to keep from spreading the germs around the house. I hate when we play pass around over and over in my home. Lots of handwashing, bleach, lysol etc whatever ya use. Covering mouth to cough and sneeze. Use kleenex etc. Wipe down doorknobs and other things everyone touches with a bleach solution on a cloth etc ,etc ,etc. I would also suggest tossing out toothbrushes and getting new ones are the sickness is gone.
