The problem with being a compulsive liar is that nobody knows if you HAVE stopped. That and, like alcoholics and junkies, there is a tendency to lie to yourself too. And believe your own lies.

You need to understand WHY you lie in the first place. I would list some of the common reasons, but I don't want you to pick one out of the list because it feels comfortable for you (i.e. a reason you can live with, rather than the actual reason).
