hmmm... How about something to open up new job opportunities for your S/O, opportunities that take him far from the boss from hell?

Might be easier than messing with his boss...

Ok, now I would do a spell to make the boss find a happier place to be, *if* it's the best thing for all involved. You'll want to be very positive about this. Keep in mind that maybe the boss is *meant* to be there right now, and maybe your bf needs to stop working there and find a better place to be to learn what he needs to. Ya really gotta be careful with this one. Also, you need to realize that no matter how much you like it there, maybe your bf or you *needs* to move to find a better environment or learn lessons. In my mind sometimes you can't just decide you *have* to have it your way, especially in magic.

I know this is a very hard one .....I just dont know what to do?
I dont want to harm him in any way .......And for this i need to really imply him and his name and I dont want to do that ,cause the way my magick goes he will get hit by a truck or something ...lol....not funny but thats the way things work for me.
I did a money spell last year and my boyfriends grandpa died and left us alot of money........see ....for whatever gain there is a loss.
So ..see I want no losses...........
Thank You moongazer

This is my all-time favourite...a mirror spell. To send the negativity of the individual back to them - no more, no less. If you're interested in that, let me know & I'll dig up the info for you.

You might at the end of the spell add "with harm to none, so mote it be". I like to say this, just in case, to make sure I don't cause something really bad to happen!

Has your boyfriend actually talked to his boss about what's bothering him? That's step number one, I think. . .

Hehehe... well, it would be, in a business with smaller egos... the reflection idea is good... check out the Practical Rune Magic section at the top of this forum... I think you'll find a couple there that might be useful in this situation... or most any other... 8O

Sure that'd work. You might also try a full moon (it's supposed to be when magic is most powerful), or a new moon (to begin a new time), or a waxing moon (to increase your bf's happiness at his job). Whatever makes sense to you will work best.
