I should do this on the waning moon right ? sending things away ......Right? And no his boss is someone is abrupt and enjoys cutting people down , so no he hasnt talked too him about it .His boss is just unapproachable . I told him last night to go over his head , and speak to the big boss and tell him he is miserable , and the reasons why. We will see over the next couple days I wil be trying out these options , and will let everybody know what works best.

yep... waning moon is for removing negativity from your life... waxing moon is for drawing positives, culminating in the full moon, the strongest time to draw positives to you... just be sure you think through all possible results & consequenses before you act... be specific & literal in your intent... 'cuz you might get what you wish for...
