One painful step at a time

If anyone can send some extra energy my way, I'd really appreciate it. I know that I can only process so much of what's going on at a time, but every step I take kills me. This break-up is a mess (we were married a month, lived together for 2 years... and there's a really long story that could be inserted here, but I wont. If you really want to know, you can PM me...), and even though we've been split for 2 months, everything is still fresh. So, energy to help me keep going, and energy to help me make new friends that will help me would be much appreciated. Thanks :)
