people these days are down right...URGH! :ugh:
I had a bad day. there's no lying about that. Missed my bus, blah blah blah was late for a presentation...figures considering today was the first day back after the break. All of that put me in a mood, of course, but I was JUST starting to get out of it when during second period we were called down for an auditorium on racism and child labour. Afterwards, I was on my way back to class when I was talking to my friends. While not paying attention :rolleyes: I continued walking right into someone's back, they stopped and I didn't know. Anyhoo...it was a group of HUGE guys..we're talking like 6'5 ish and such...definitely a good couple of feet taller than I am. Well he had the nerve to turn around and get in my face...saying "you better watch yourself.." then proceeded to turn back around to his friends and say (of course loud enough for me to hear) "f*ckin' wiggers" (said in the same sense as ******s, but for white people) :flamer::flamer::flamer::flamer::flamer: I coulda died! I was soooooo angry and so hurt that these things are said to others. I have absolutely ZERO tolerence for any sort of racism...if I hear it, i'll let people know what i think about it..I'm kinda loud that way. Well..i didn't want to get myself into any trouble (size difference coming into play) so i just shut my mouth and walked away...definitely hurt by what was said.
That did it for the rest of my day. Failed a chemistry test that I studied forever for...and i was in the worst mood getting home. I had my hissy fit in my room, and now I"m much calmer then I was before. :bad: but still. I'm angry and hurt. I can't stand seeing how so many students have no respect for one another. I really hate it. I can't wait to get out of high school and move on to the bigger and better place of University. I swear I"m gonna go nuts if I have to wait much longer :crazy:
