Konnichi Wa to All:

I found this Book on the Conveyor Belt of the Paper Sort Line at my Recycling Plant.

It is written by:
- Helen S. Mitchell
- Henderika J. Rrynbergen
- Linnea Anderson
- Marjorie V. Dibble

The Copy I have was made in 1968 by J. B. Lippincott Company.


Do any of you guys know of this Book and do you have any Opinions of it?

It appears to be a Tome of Nutritional Tips on what is best to Eat to help Heal from certain Illnesses and Diseases.

I will start Reading it as soon as I am finished Reading and Writing about the Book I am currently on, which is the Confessions of Aliester Crowley.
