While I recognize the extraordinary contributions of both Mol and Semele. It was thought that it would be preferred to choose a name that reflects the whole community, and does not play on the names of any individuals. that's why I didn't suggest Dragonians, Ranthians, or the Order of the Red Dragon, Hee, Hee ;)

If you were to tell some one you are a Lomolian, what would that tell them exactly?? :D

To make things simple, let's vote on the names offered, if no one likes any of them we'll just start over, or just forget the whole thing. :p

I was in fact referring to the 'silent majority, Hee,hee. And yes it looks as though we've got a nice lead with mystics although personally I feel Mystians (Miss tie ins) is a better one. We will let the people decide. It will be interesting to watch this develop over the next thirty days or so.

I really would have like the Lemolians, but just couldn't face the prospect of having to try and explain what it meant, and how it came about. Like most 'in' jokes, they tend to loose a lot in the telling to outsiders! So, I've gone with Mystics. Makes me think of the film, the Dark Crystal. The Mystics in it, could almost be a double for myself (strange things happen to you as you get older!). :bigredgri

I hated them all...even though someone suggested a name of..."something" mystics that i did like but i can't remember who it was. oh well, we'll have to go with the majority....but i do like the ring of "The Adrianians"

Actually, I believe it's Samoans. A very large, very aggressive Pacific Islander. I used to know quite a few. Even the women are something to be reckoned with.

Yeah. I used to play with 2 of them on a basketball team. They were great players but had to be constantly reminded that we were on the same team. lol They'd be plowing down the court, running down anything in their way. They scared me sometimes. Frequently they had to be put on the bench to 'ground' them. Oh well. We did take state championships with them on the team. :)
