My friends!
I would like to say that I love you all! The situation in Isreal has gotten beyond the point of any hope for peace...Isreal has just seized control of Bethlehem...this is a symbolic as well as highly prophesised event...
It looks like Holy War is about to explode! We all need to pray, light a candle and ask for peace!
Mabey I am just over dramatising here , but I am a bit concerned, more so than I was on 9/11
PLease do not turn this into a political debate, that is what Political pagan is for, This thread Is a thread where we all can put our energy and thoughts here in cyberspace with the intent of PEACE in a very serious situation

I am worried of course, but I AM SICK of all the damn bickering between the two. YOUR A TERROIST BECAUSE YOU BOMBED ME, SO I WILL KILL SOME OF YOUR PEOPLE TO SHOW YOU HOW WRONG YOU ARE. I am sorry but they are as guilty as the aforsaid "accused". The only terroists are those who are arrogant enough to feel they have the right to judge life and death.

Let's hope that past history is not an indicator of the future,
in this case.
Peace vibes being sent, boy do they need them!

I also feel deep symathies for the children and innocents in the whole war. It seems so much closer to home now, since what happened a few short months ago...
My thoughts are with them.

My candles have been lit all evening.
My boss lady is very worried. Her husband (he's deceased) fought in the Israeli Army years ago. Both she & her hubby are also Holcaust survivors. They still have family in Israel. She's very VERY worried.

We ALL need to pray for peace there. I'll post more later.

Yes..this situation is a huge powder keg. And while I can certainly respect Israel's feeling that they need to protect themselves against the recent flood of suicide bombings which have escalated in their country...I cannot see how this is going to help one bit. They may seize weapons, they may seize individuals. However...they have the entire Westbank, and much of the Muslim world as their enemy, They will not be able to hold out forever. And I fear that America will be forced into becoming involved. And this of course has serious implications for us, as well.
Sending serious thoughts of peace, and healing for the families who's lives have been so greivously traumatized by this situation :(

I willl light candles tonight and pray for all the innocents as well as for everyone caught in a situation that helps define the term..." Hell on Earth".
