Nothing serious, but help appreciated..

I have a busy week ahead and so probably won't get on-line very much. On Thursday I have to go into hospital for a minor op to remove some polyps. It is a routine proceedure but a bit unpleasent and I admit to feeling a bit nervous and stressed about it.
If anyone can spare some healing/calming energy or think of me in their prayers, I would appreciate it.
