I appreciate the exchange of services, but I'm already a trained designer, so I'll pass, thanks. (Figures right? You'd get the GD astrologer. ) If you still feel the need to barter something for karmic balance or whatever, PM me.

In the spirit of learning, I've gone through and done a really in-depth reading for you and tried to explain it clearly along the way. But if you don't know how or why I said what I did, please ask. Really, I don't mind questions. As far as links go, there are a bunch of great ones in the Common Questions subforum. I'm unable to post an image of your chart right now, so I will come back and post one when I get home from work. (Lunchtime right now.)

First I always look at the Sun, Moon and Ascendant (rising sign) placements to give me the basis theme of your personality. In your case, with the Sun in Cancer in the 10th house and Moon in Scorpio in the 2nd and Libra rising, you are a somewhat complex character - kind, diplomatic, sympathetic, highly sensitive and deeply emotional, yet very defensive, protective and at times quite unforgiving - unable to forget even a minor slight. Water and water gives you a touchy emotional equilibrium, much like a pond with a riptide underneath. At any minute the balance could be upset and you get washed away. You tend to dramatic outbursts and defensive backlashes, so once you are able to control this better there is nothing that will stop you. You are deeply protective of those dear to you and nothing will bring out your extremes like a threat to that security. But this intensity also lends you a real talent for concentrating on achieving a goal. You are never intentionally mean, but are not above being spiteful if you feel wronged. You come across as constantly on the defensive, so people will be attracted by your magnetic personality (especially with Pluto in the first house!), but a bit taken aback by your self-protective behavior. Docile and pleasant Libra rising is a mask you wear when you wish to come across as sweet and nice . . . usually before you bite. Drop the sweet image once in a while and stop blaming others for everything that goes wrong. Sometimes it can be your fault too.

Even if not endowed with good looks, you are likely attractive. You pay a lot of attention to your personal appearance -- the colors you wear, your hair, the way you walk. You possess a powerful imagination, and on occasions, you bring a touch of genius into the more profound affairs of life, to your and everyone else's surprise! Do yourself a favor and find a friend who’s an optimist. You tend to think way too negatively which will eventually affect your health and energy level. You are likely to rise to a position of responsibility, power and authority - but not without a lot of hard work and frustration on the way. You may have a career based out of the home. At the very least your home will be a flurry of activity at all times. The potential is for unusually close relationships with one of your parents, or one parent has to play the role of both father and mother. It is also an indication you may enter the family business or the same career as that of a parent, most likely that of your father. You may very sensitive to mortality, the problems connected with deaths, or in handling property that is connected with the affairs of the dead. (Add antiques to the list also, as they are the artifacts of a dead society.) This placement suggests a good head for business and a sense for profitable investments. In fact you have “NEED FOR ACHIEVEMENT AND PUBLIC STATUS” written all over your chart in large letters. The reputation of you (and your family) in the community is incredibly important to you, so you go to great lengths to be seen in a positive light. When (if) you have children you are concerned for them and interested in making sure they have sharp minds. Don't be surprised if they learn your rebellious ways and become 'those kids'. Stop that trend by giving them firm but fair discipline.

This also indicates strong emotional and sensual desires which at times could overpower your personality. You enjoy the company of the other sex (a lot) and are fond of the good things of life. You can, on occasion, be abrupt and plainspoken - avoid the tendency to be possessive, jealous, or to hold grudges with a view to revenge. Your temperament is well suited to hard work, motivating others and just plain 'getting things done. Do yourself a favor and get a savings account started. Good advice for anyone? Yes, but especially for those with the Moon in the second house. People with the Moon in the 2nd house of finances tend to have their net worth go up and down like the tides. But you never let the changing conditions of your life and finances get you down. Are you broke, without a cent to your name? No problem for you. Being the original entrepreneur, you know more money will eventually come your way. You're disgustingly, but unpredictably lucky; it's impressive in gambling or speculation. But you usually lose more than win.

Other planets, in brief:

Mercury in Leo, 10th house – this gives you the ability to organize your thoughts and concentrate for long periods to obtain your objective. Your mental disposition is kind, easy-going and cheerful, although on occasion you can be self-opinionated, stubborn, arrogant and overly forceful. Your mental qualities are well suited to managerial posts, government positions, politics and any work requiring communication skill and executive ability.

Venus in Virgo, 11th house – you have high standards. It’ll take a while for you to choose, but you will probably choose a partner who is socially acceptable, having the same intellectual or work interests as your own. You are not very spontaneous in love and may find a marriage or long-term relationship will take a while to develop, Once there, you are likely to expend great effort in molding your partner into the “perfect” spouse. You are generally well liked and respected socially, although, on occasion, you can be overly critical - you will not tolerate any coarse or incorrect social behavior from others.

Mars in Cancer, 10th house - You like to see practical results for your efforts and take pride in doing a job correctly. You may become a force to be reckoned with in your career and professional life, however your argumentative and aggressive nature may create difficulties on occasion.

Jupiter in Sagittarius, 2nd house –You probably like to travel (if even in your own head) to expand your perspective. You should attract success, wealth and a luxurious life style but there is an obligation to use such wealth in a positive and socially beneficent manner through good business ability, sound investment, prudent spending and generosity. You have so many ideas and thoughts that they will burst out at the oddest times; especially in the realm of spirituality, philosophy and religion. Above all, status and career are the focus.

Saturn in Libra, 1st house - You must come to realize that cooperation is necessary for stable friendships and partnerships. Tact is an essential skill to develop, even if you think it’s a pain in the behind. Progress may be slow (and could accelerate quickly after age 29) but you are sure to gain a good reputation, honor and credit through persistence, acquired ability, worldly wisdom and continual effort. You may loathe routine, but stick with it until you’re successful, then change the rules. Work to overcome feelings of fear and self-doubt, and to face the challenges of the outer world with courage and self-confidence.

Uranus in Sagittarius, 2nd house - you are likely to seek individual freedom of expression through original and ingenious ways of making money possibly through hi-tech inventions, unique occupations, electronics or unusual scientific avenues of endeavor.

Neptune in Sagittarius, 3rd house - your imaginative and spiritual potential manifests through an intuitive ability of the mind that is able to tune in to other realms of reality for inspiration, through sound psychological faculties, spiritual perception and a fruitful, inventive mind.

Pluto in Libra, 1st house – your drive for personal power is strong and if not controlled, may manifest in devious or underhanded ways.

Chiron in Gemini, 8th house - Placed in the eighth house, it’s about more than sex . . . no really. It also deals with that which you receive from others, such as money, values or other group possessions. Quite often what you earn goes to support others and not so much yourself or you depend too heavily on others to support you. You tend to accept whatever you can get and don’t discriminate like you should. Speak up more and claim your fair share. (But we can’t forget the sex. Here this suggests that you give and give but never get so much. But wow, do you keep trying.)

Juno in Aries, 7th house - You don’t to get the quiet, docile types. You would prefer going outside and playing sports together to watching them on the TV. There can't be a dictator in a relationship if it is to survive, but you want to try anyway! (Aries does like to rush in where angels fear to tread.) On the positive side, you have a gift for motivating others and you expect them to be able to keep up with your breakneck pace. You may feel incomplete without a partner. Marriage will give you that balance you are seeking in your life, unless there are too many stressful personality conflicts. In the case of the latter you may find divorce necessary.

Ceres in Aquarius, 5th house - Your early nurturing was most likely erratic. When mommy isn't there when the child is crying, the kid has to eventually cut off the feelings of abandonment. Eventually, the child grows up, starts dating, and, when they really like somebody, up comes the feeling "I need you." That's when they get the great urge to run away. The tendency with this placement is to feel nurtured by fun - sports, games, romance, children, gambling and speculation, you name it. Any form of excitement will do. (Be careful, though, about getting a nurturing feeling through gambling. That’s a dead end if ever there was one.)

Pallas in Capricorn, 4th house - This placement of Pallas is good for organizing things and making them more efficient. If you have a difficult problem to figure out, go home. Pallas in the 4th house means that your ability to see patterns and solve problems is greatest when you are in the house.

Vesta in Gemini, 8th house - Good for focusing on multiple projects. Sorry, but if you have Vesta in the 8th house, you simply cannot have sex 24/7. Take a break.

You're in luck. The change in birth time only moves the cusps a single degree or so. That's not enough for any major changes in your chart.

When you speak of a star chart for the day of your birth, are you talking about what the constellations looked like from your place of birth? Something else?

I suppose in saying I'm looking for a star chart I mean. . . where all are the planets, commets, asteroids, moons, and any other major objects in local space. . . on their orbits in the solar system at any given time . . . as well as any major astronomical events going on at any given time . . . such as supernovas or eclipses . . . more or less the equivelent of a navigational map to our solar system
