could someone please read my chart

I don't know if I am posting this in the right area, so I appoligize if it's not. Could someone please help me with a chart reading and interpretation. I was born on October 2nd, 1980 at 10:50pm in Hanover, PA (17331). If you are able to help, Thank you.

Ahh, Hanover. I used to drive through there on my way to college every year. (I went to Shippensburg) Usually with a stop for ice cream. :)

You have your Sun in Libra, Moon in Leo and Gemini rising. This produces a wide streak of romance in you. And you have the surfboard. You instinctively ride the currents of public moods, fashions, opinions and actions. Needless to say you are usually quite popular and successful as a result. But you are always in control of what fads you'll follow and what ones you'll let wash on by.
