Raising Energy

I have alot of trouble with harnesing or raising energy with my hands. I visualize and visualize, and I can't feel anything at all. I just feel a cold breeze in my left hand and a warm breeze in my right hand. If anybody can teach me how to do this, that would be great. Thanks.

perhaps these 'breeze's are what energy is like, to you?

Other than that. . . are you trying on your own, or has anyone ever showed you? Do you know what it's "supposed to" feel like? If not, it could be hard to tell when you have it or not!

Energy prolly isn't going to be visible! :) you'll mostly feel that it's there. Most of my friends, and I, notice warmth, sometimes a feeling of weight, and sometimes it tingles a bit. But it all depends on what you're doing with it, too.

Also, perhaps you may just be concentrating and visualizing too hard. . . try just letting it come. It'll flow. And once you get it I think it's pretty much like a bike. . . once you get it, you mostly keep getting it :)

maybe instead of trying to harness or create energy, just feel the energy of things around you for a while. Couldn't hurt. Might help.

I tend to work with energies quite a bit and I can always feel energy flows around me...just relax...it'll come

the breeze is a powerful form of energy by the way, if you have learned how to tap the wind, good job...tapping the elemental forces around you for energy is a must...keep working, you'll get it soon I believe
