Is anyone else having problems getting to Mother's Magic? Both the main site and the board pull up 404 not found. =(

I got a page a few minutes ago that says "Down for hardware failure."

So, erm, I'm guessing it was a hardware failure. Though you never quite know with providers, sometimes.

Okay.. just making sure it's not a problem from my end as there are a few other pages I can't access today either.

It means... AMBER IS MAJORLY ANNOYED!! *grin*

Other than that, it means that my machine offcially died. The computer just totally and utterly crashed. SO,they are moving all our accounts to another machine. Who knows how long that will take *sigh*

I'm hoping this will be resolved within 24 hours. If the site didn't use so much bandwidth, I'd move it back to DRak.net, but I simply can't afford to pay them for the bandwidth MM uses.

Well, after a very long night and being a very squeaky wheel to get my site fixed, Mothermsagic should be back up and running now, assuming they don't **** it up again.

I just registered yesterday and got a Forbidden message this morning. Same thing happened when I joined MW.....

I'm getting the Forbidden message too, though I was able to post last night. I suspect that things are not as fixed as Amberlaine thought they were.

Things were fixed, and then things got screwed up again, and now they are fixed. And now I;m changing IPPs to further fix the problem.

ARGH!

MM is up right now. It may go down again as I change providers.

Mol recruited a bunch of us from one of my lists - we all registered and all got the same message the following day - I think it was a similar problem to the one that Amberlaine is having, he got it fixed......

amberlaine, I know it's not fun dealing with them.... I don't blame you one bit for switching hosts.... if only there support was a bit better. But oh well. Good luck with the new host. :)
