Hi...I have been diagnosed with CFS by 2 different doctors. It is so debilitating. The lack of energy is making life intolerable. I have 2 children that always see mommy tired. Can someone send energy my way, to help me gain energy? I would so much appreciate this. I have so many responsibilities and they are becoming so difficult. Thank you. (hugs)

As a sufferer myself since 2000 (now, mercifully under control) I do understand what you are going through - PM me if you want to talk.

Firstly, there is light at the end of the tunnel - I am living proof of that. Just take each day as it comes, celebrate the things you can do rather than worrying about the things you can't, on your good days don't overdo it - it will make things worse in the long run - , eat a healthy (preferably organic) diet, rest as much as possible, a try not to feel guilty.
