Energy request.

Because of my own health issues and mental messes of late, I have not been posting in here too much as I hate to bleed onto folks. But I need help. please.

I have to get to the doctors on Thursday and it will be the first time for me to go down the stairs to the street since my collapse and hospital stay in January. Any energies that can be spared to help me have confidence in my legs ongoing strength recovering would be appreciated.

I will hopefully be in here more often now that I have stuff under control again.

I hear ya. It's only four steps to our front porch, but I'm so grateful that we have a ramp on one side, much easier for me to nagivate than the steps. Going both ways, up and down, has gotten difficult for me. You could always do what I had to do after spraining my ankle, go down on your bum. Not graceful, but it got me to the bottom.
