Would someone be kind enough to do a reading for me and my partner?
We have a Court case coming up on Wednesday and I would like to know how things will go. The case is being brought by us as we feel that we have been unfairly compelled to pay for drainage repairs which were not our responsiblity - it is a long and very dull story. Anyway, in order to stop our home from being flooded, we paid the County Council to repair the drain in question and we are now trying to get our money back (this was the course of action recommended by a solicitor we consulted).
Any advice would be much appreciated.
