Help needed.

i'm really gonna need some help today. My manager at work has really been unfair to me and treated me badly. Today its gonna get a wole lot worse.

If you could be kind enough to send me some energy as I am gonna need to be stronger than ever today.

Annorah, my workplace is heavily unionised, so today the union has agreed to take up my case. My manager started disiplinary procedures against me for something very petty- the union rep told me he has not got a leg to stand on, because what I did (burst out crying in the office and left the room for 5 minutes) does not amount to misconduct.

So thnk you everyone- you thoughts and energy really helped me this morning and i'm feeling stronger again.

The knight of wands at the beggining represents me and telling me to think of myself- to have the courage to stand up and say I need some time out to think about things and look inside myself as represented by the hermit. I just have to make sure I relax otherwise worry (5 of disks) will take over, and I am a worrier.

Glad to know that you have the support of your Union - they really can be marvellous. Your boss sounds as though he/she is the one with the problem but it is difficult when they are the one in authority.

Try not to worry - I am sure that right will prevail. It isn't easy taking on your boss but there is absolutely no reason why they should get away with treating you the way they have been. You have been very brave and I hope that with the Union's support you will get the justice you deserve.
