Ostara celebrations/rituals

Sooo, what are you guys gonna do? I'm prolly just going to open all my windows and bless the house with some rose incense and thank the Lord for a beautiful spring. I'd decorate eggs if my kitten didn't try to eat them :p

I won't be home on the day (I'm in college) so I'll probably just light a candle and do some meditation. I'll probably do a bit of spring cleaning here in the dorm room too. When I get home, I'll probably do a bit more spring cleaning and get rid of all the old junk and check on my supplies and see what I need to stock up on.

As always i'm late for planning!:( But me and my best friend will probably go walk and spend some time in the forest.We will bring offerings and maybe meditate for a while.Lately i haven't been celebrating the Sabbats properly but i think that even if you take the time to silently honour the day,it's good.Oooh i might dye eggs too!

Our group met last night for our Ostara ritual. For spellworking I made a dozen hardboiled eggs, drew symbols on them with crayon before dying them. We passed the basket around the circle for everyone to take one egg, and then talked about what that symbol means to them. That's what they should focus on bringing out in their lives over the next moon cycle.

Yesterday was the actual Equinox here. I got up half an hour before sunrise and meditated while the sun rose.
