sparkling mineral water
-----------------------------------

Remove the grapes from the stem. Juice the apple and ginger together, then juice the rest of the fruit. Pour the juice in a large glass and fill to the top with sparkling water and serve with ice.

Oh the apple, lemon, mint drink sounds yummy! I'll have to try it, since I have loads of those fruits and mint in my garden. I have a juicer. I particularly like experimenting with it, particularly in the summer when fresh fruit is abundant. If you do have some free time, experiment. I find it to be half of the fun. (Unfortunately, cleaning up is not so exciting. :( )
